  • Who Runs The Personal Training Services?

    All of Propel’s current fitness, rehabilitation and exercise medicine programs are designed and run by Propel Active Health & Lifestyle's personal trainer and registered kinesiologist, Neha Oberoi

  • Can Sessions Be Billed Through My Insurance?

    If you are a current chiropractic or physiotherapy patient, and your healthcare provider has prescribed personal training with our onsite registered kinesiologist as part of your management, then supervised exercise sessions can be submitted through your health insurance. 


    Exercise is medicine! Over a hundred chronic health conditions can be positively affected by exercise. Talk with your Propel Active Health & Lifestyle Healthcare provider to find out if personal training with our kinesiologist is a good option for you!


  • Do I Have To Pay For Multiple Sessions At Once?

    No. You can pay as you go. No memberships, no commitments.

  • Are All Sessions 1-Hour Long?

    No. You have a choice between 30min and 60min sessions. 30mins is plenty of time to get an amazing workout in! It all depends on your goals.

  • Do We Offer Group Fitness Classes?

    Our fitness programs are run based on interest. If you have a minimum of 4 people (max=8) interested in joining a 6-8 week program, we will develop the program and run it at a time that works best for your group.
