    The exercise program for seniors is designed and delivered by Propel Active Health & Lifestyle's kinesiologists and fitness experts. 

  • Price of Senior Fitness Classes

    Everything is expensive these days. But not our classes. Our #1 goal for creating exercise programming for seniors was to make it accessible to as many people as possible. 


    The price for one 1-hour Senior Fitness class is $15 (all in) 

  • Do I Have To Pay For Multiple Sessions At Once?

    No. You can pay as you go. However, we do provide a discount for those who choose to purchase multiple sessions up front.

  • How long are the sessions?

    Each session of the exercise program for seniors is 1 hour long. We also offer one one-on-one fitness options weith a fitness expert. 30-minute and 60-minute options are available for one-on-one fitness.

  • Can I biuld bone density after 60?

    Research indicates that resistance exercise is the most effective strategy for building bone density and delaying its loss. And you can do so even in your 60s!
